Terms & Conditions

By entering into the Dubai International Dance Competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:



1. All studio staff, students, and parents’ consent to their photograph and video to be taken by The Asateer Events and for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, their website and associated publications.
2. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own belongings and the Aspire Ballet will not be liable for any lost items.
4. A detailed schedule of events will be sent after registration has been received. By signing up for the competition you acknowledge that due to the tight schedules, there may be changes made up until 24 hours before the event.
5. While we will try our best to stick to the schedules, any reason for a cancellation is unavoidable, changes will be communicated by the dance studio.
6. All Competition music must be provided at the time of registration, this includes all necessary registration details.
7. The Waiver of the Tourism and Commerce Marketing (TCM) event includes, but is not limited to liability for bodily injuries or property damage.
8. Spectators are required to choose designated ticket holders, and if insufficient seating occurs, The Aspire Ballet accepts No liability for this.
9. Parents and relatives will need to purchase a ticket to watch the sole dance or all dance events occurring on the same weekend.
