Heba Mostafa
Biography
Founder & Artistic Director | Ballet Educator | Choreographer | PBT Regional Tutor | Former Soloist Dancer
Heba Mostafa is the Founder and Artistic Director of Aspire Performing Arts and an internationally experienced ballet educator, choreographer, and former soloist dancer with over 25 years of experience in dance and education.
Classically trained in the Vaganova Methodology, Heba began her professional career with the Cairo Opera House Ballet Company, performing as a Soloist Dancer in major classical productions and participating in the Bolshoi Theatre’s production of La Bayadère at the Cairo Opera House.
Since moving to Dubai, Heba has dedicated her career to inspiring and developing young dancers through high-quality training, choreography, performance opportunities, and artistic mentorship. In 2014, she founded Aspire Performing Arts, creating a nurturing and professional environment where students can develop their technique, confidence, artistry, and love of dance.
A Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher and Official Regional Tutor for Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) across the Middle East, Egypt and Romania, Heba continues to share her passion and experience with both dancers and teachers while supporting the next generation of dance artists.

Debra Colleen Gush
International Dance Educator | RAD Examiner | Choreographer
Debra Colleen Gush is a highly experienced dance educator, choreographer, and Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Examiner with 35 years of experience in dance performance, education, and production. She specialises in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet Repertoire, conditioning, and vocational dancer training.
Debra has extensive experience training dancers from beginner through professional level and has helped develop dancers who have gone on to successful international careers. She is also the Director and Co-owner of Southdowns Dance Academy and has lectured in Dance and Musical Theatre at university level.
We are delighted to welcome Debra to Aspire Performing Arts and look forward to our students benefiting from her wealth of knowledge and experience.
